Project Description: IMCO performed all the earthwork, utilities
and structural concrete phases for the
construction of a $1 billion polysilica plant for
REC. Since the beginning of this project our
crews have completed:
Constructed three Buildings
220,000 CY of excavation & embankment
34,000 CY of concrete; 330,000 SF of
forms; 1890 tons of rebar
11,000 each of anchor bolts
315,000 SF of 6” concrete paving
3,000 LF of 12” trench drain
3,500 tons of structural steel
81,000 LF (15 Miles) of underground pipe
65,000 LF of Electrical Grounding; 74,000
LF of Electrical Conduit
3.5 miles of temporary fencing; 2.5 Miles
of temporary power
1.6 miles of temporary communications
4000 tons of asphalt
