Project Description:

The project will remove approximately 500 feet of existing elevated water transmission line south of Skipley Rd. and relocate it east of the City. The project is subject to sensitive time constraints due to pipeline commissioning and service disruptions and will require careful coordination between IMCO and Everett officials to minimize any impacts.
