Project Description:
This was a fast track project with IMCO crews working 16-24 hours per day for 100 days straight.

The job value went from approximately $6 million to $10 million in added work and quantities with a fixed job duration.

IMCO’s GPS equipment was critical to the timely completion and the overall finish product quality of the Port of Seattle’s newest container storage yard.

2400 L F of crane foundation and rail, 1200 L F of new crane electrical trench, 3 new sewage lift stations, a new wash rack, 320 container refrigeration outlets, 2 electrical substations, utility repairs, asphalt overlay, new fencing and gates, striping, wheel stops and signage.
